Refund policy

We offer a 30-day hassle free refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to return them and request a refund.

Returns:

Refunds can only be provided once goods have been returned and inspected**. Please refer to our policy here on how to arrange a return: Returns Policy – Fitrep

**An exception to this is if your order never arrived. In this situation, please email us at returns@fitrep.co.uk with your name, order number and tracking ID. Remember, orders can take up to 5 days from placing on our website to delivery. 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
